Registration

The congress registration fee includes:

• access to all conference rooms, exhibition area and ePosters zone
• congress documents including the final programme, digital abstract book (COIR) and congress app
• coffee breaks and lunches
  
  Optional (with additional cost):
  • Industry hands-on sessions (99 €)
  • “My first implant” session (100 €)
  • Members and Faculty dinner (100 €) - reserved for EAO and SFPIO members

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation shall be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat by sending an email to registration-eao@kit-group.org.

The notification shall include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.

If the written notification of cancellation is received before 18^th July 2025, a handling fee of 70€ will be deducted from the refund sum. 

 If the written notification of cancellation is received from 19^th July 2025 to 1^st September 2025 a handling fee of 50% of the total sum will be deducted from the refund sum.

 No refunds will be made for cancellations received from the 2^nd September 2025.

Refunds will be credited only to the person/entity who/which paid the original registration. Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded. 

Accompanying persons

The access to the congress and the exhibition is reserved for the registered delegates and exhibitors.
No accompanying person (including children) can access this professional event.

Groups

Special rate of 690 € per person (10 participants minimum)
Deadline for registration: July 31^th
Payment for the group registration shall be transferred immediately upon receipt of the payment order.

Invoice

An electronic invoice will be automatically emailed to you when your registration will be complete. Please make sure you have provided the correct information (company name, address).

Name change

Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate a substitute participant. Name changes are not permitted.

Payment

Payment must accompany your registration.
Registrations received without payment will not be processed or confirmed.
Your credit card transaction will be processed through K.I.T. Group France (official registration secretariat).
If you pay your registration by bank transfer, a 50 € handling fee will be charged by K.I.T. Group France.

Travel to Monaco

 Monaco follows Schengen visa rules, so travelers from Schengen Area countries do not need a visa.

Nationals of many countries, like the USA, UK, and Canada, can enter visa-free for up to 90 days. Non-Schengen nationals requiring a visa must apply for a Schengen Visa, typically through France.

Always check with your French consulate for the latest requirements.

VAT

A 10% Monégasque VAT will be applied to the congress registrations except for the Monégasque delegates who will be exempt.
