Registration

The congress registration fee includes:

• access to all conference rooms, exhibition area and ePosters zone
• congress documents including the final programme, digital abstract book (COIR) and congress app
• coffee breaks and lunches
  
  Optional (with additional cost):
  • Industry hands-on sessions (99 €)
  • “My first implant” session (100 €)
  • Members and Faculty dinner (100 €) - reserved for EAO, IAO and SIdP members

Cancellation policy

All registration cancellations must be made in writing (by email) to Laura Sabri: laura.sabri@15-mai.com

Until July 25^th included
Total refund of the registration fees paid, less a 70 € administrative fee.

From July 26^th to September 26^th included
Reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid. With no payment received before cancellation, this amount will still remain due.

From September 27^th
No refund. With no payment received before that date, the total amount will still remain due to the congress office. Queries will not be accepted after the event.

Accompanying persons

The access to the congress and the exhibition is reserved for the registered delegates and exhibitors.
No accompanying person (including children) can access this professional event.

Groups

Special rate of 690 € per person (10 participants minimum)
Deadline for registration: July 30^th
Payment upon receipt of invoice (final deadline for payment: October 1^st)

Invoice

An electronic invoice will be automatically emailed to you when your registration will be complete. Please make sure you have provided the correct information (company name, address).

Name change

Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate a substitute participant. Name changes are not permitted.

Payment

Payment must accompany your registration.
Registrations received without payment will not be processed or confirmed.
Your credit card transaction will be processed through Quinze Mai (official registration secretariat).
If you pay your registration by bank transfer, a 50 € handling fee will be charged by Quinze Mai.

Travel to Italy

Citizens of Schengen countries: no visa is required.

Citizens from non-EU countries may enter Italy with a passport valid for at least three months after the planned date of departure from the Schengen Area.

VAT

A 22% Italian VAT will be applied to the congress registrations except for the Italian delegates who will be exempt.
