Registration

The congress registration fee includes:

• access to all conference rooms, exhibition and ePosters areas
• congress documents including the final programme, digital abstract book (COIR) and congress app
• coffee breaks and lunches
  
  Optional (with additional cost):
  • Industry hands-on sessions (99 €)
  • “My first implant” workshop (100 €)
  • White Party (60 €)

Cancellation policy

Notification of cancellation shall be made in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat by sending an email to registration-eao@kit-group.org.

The notification shall include all the relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted.

If the written notification of cancellation is received before 24^th June 2027 a handling fee of 70 EUR will be deducted from the refund sum.

If the written notification of cancellation is received from 24^th June 2027 to 24^th August 2027 a handling fee of 50% of the total sum will be deducted from the refund sum.

No refunds will be made for cancellations received from the 25^th August 2027.

Refunds will be credited only to the person/entity who/which paid the original registration. Reimbursement to or for the benefit of third parties is excluded. 
No name change will be allowed.

Accompanying persons

Access to all congress sessions, activities and areas, including the exhibition, is strictly limited to adults aged 18 or over who are attending in an eligible professional, academic or industry capacity and hold a valid registration as a delegate or exhibitor.
Registration is personal and cannot be issued solely for the purpose of accompanying another participant. Any accompanying person must independently meet the applicable eligibility requirements and hold their own valid registration.

Persons who do not meet these requirements are not permitted to access the congress venue. This includes babies, children, other minors, family members, friends and dependants.
For safety, insurance and regulatory reasons, no individual exceptions can be granted.

Groups

Special rate of 690 € per person (10 participants minimum).
Deadline for registration: July 31^th.
Payment for the group registration shall be transferred immediately upon receipt of the payment order.

Invoice

An electronic invoice will be automatically emailed to you when your registration will be complete. Please make sure you have provided the correct information (company name, address).

Name change

Registered participants who are unable to attend the congress cannot nominate a substitute participant. Name changes are not permitted.

Payment

Payment must accompany your registration.
Registrations received without payment will not be processed or confirmed.
Your credit card transaction will be processed through K.I.T. Group France (official registration secretariat).

Press badges

Press badges are available free of charge upon request. Applications must be sent to registration-eao@kit-group.org, together with a valid press card and links to recently published articles related to our congress.

Direct promotion to our delegates and exhibitors is strictly prohibited.

The distribution of newspapers or magazines inside or in front of the congress center, as well as at any social event venue, hotels, etc., without prior authorization from the organizing committee, is also strictly prohibited.

The organizers reserve the right to accept or refuse the issuance of press badges and will take appropriate action if these rules are not respected on site.

Accredited media representatives are kindly asked to use their badge strictly for journalistic purposes and to respect the professional framework of the congress.

Travel to Madrid

Spain is part of the Schengen Area. Travelers from Schengen countries do not need a visa to enter.

Citizens of many non-Schengen countries, including the USA, UK, and Canada, can enter Spain visa-free for up to 90 days. Nationals who require a visa must apply for a Schengen Visa, usually through the Spanish consulate in their country.

Entry rules may change, so we recommend checking with your local Spanish consulate or embassy for the most up-to-date information before you travel.

VAT

A 21% Spanish VAT will be applied to the congress registrations except for the Spanish delegates who will be exempt.
